We cannot accept returns for any items beyond 7 days from delivery or purchase. Please inform us promptly so we can arrange for our courier partner to collect any defective products. If collection isn't feasible, we will issue a refund.

For items damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. Given the perishable nature of food products, prompt refrigeration is essential if storing for more than one month.

In cases of damaged or defective goods, we may request that you return them to us at our expense for quality control purposes.

If any items are missing from your order, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be issued for missing or short items rather than replacements.

Storage Instructions:

We prioritize freshness. Even with a best-before date, products may not maintain optimal freshness until then.

Once opened, please consume within 30 days. For extended storage, refrigeration is recommended.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and include the RAN. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges

We only exchange items for a different item if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@candybird.co.za.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. International Returns

For international returns, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duties. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@candybird.co.za with your order number and details of the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product at our expense and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
